- Delivery: standard delivery to Australian addresses is included.
- Lead time: dispatched from our overseas warehouse in 1–3 business days, then 7–15 business days to Australia. Large orders may arrive in more than one parcel. Allow about 4 weeks for anything time-critical.
- Branding: we don't offer logo printing or embroidery at this stage.
- Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. Other return terms are set out on your quote.
