Where it ships from: Ease & Ivy is run from Australia, but our stock isn't held here. Orders ship from our overseas warehouse in China by tracked post.
How long: dispatched in 1–3 business days, then usually 7–15 business days to Australia (New Zealand 8–16, United States 10–20, Canada 12–22). You'll get a tracking link by email.
Cost: Australia standard A$12.95, express A$18.95, free standard shipping over A$150. New Zealand NZ$14.95 (free over NZ$150), United States US$19.95 (free over US$100), Canada C$24.95 (free over C$130).
Customs: orders to Australia under A$1,000 have no import duty, and there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. For the United States and Canada, prices don't include any import duties or taxes your country may charge on delivery.
